ABOUT ME

My name is Cindy and first, and foremost, I am a mom of three very active kids. So when I am not watching a volleyball match, basketball game or freezing my butt outside watching a football game, I am finding ways to help people find their way to a healthier lifestyle.

Whether it be teaching classes, creating monthly challenges, working 1-on-1, or having fun on the tennis court – I will help you find something that works for you and your needs!

My number one goal is to help YOU be successful. I truly believe that not everything works for everybody so I want to find out what works best for YOU. I like to make exercise FUN and something you look forward to – not something you HAVE to do.

BALANCE is key. I do not believe in the ALL or NOTHING cycle. I believe in baby steps – you are more likely to reach your goal one step at a time. I am here to encourage, motivate and most importantly, keep you accountable!
