MOVEmber Challenge
What is it? A Challenge to keep YOU moving all throughout November!
What do I do to complete the challenge?
1. Make a payment of $10 to Coach Cindy
2. You do anything that keeps you moving for 30 minutes every day during November (ALL 30 DAYS!) Can include: Walking, Running, Rowing, Biking, Bootcamp, fitness class, Dance class, Yoga, tennis, swim...etc...
3. Submit proof of completing all 30 days by Dec. 1st (apple watch, fitbit, Calendar tracker, etc)
4. Be placed in a raffle to win a gift card. The more people to join the bigger the gift card prize will be! Winner will be announced Dec. 2nd!
5. Send to friends and family to get more people to join and keep you accountable!

100 Mile Challenge
Keep on moving during the month of July by joining our 100 mile Challenge!
Starting July 1st going through July 31st track your mileage walked. At the end of the month send a picture of your monthly mileage. Prizes will be awarded to who comes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with the highes mileage! (Prized will be determined by how many people enter the challenge!)
Please make a payment to Cindy Maquet for $10 by July 1st.
Barre & Beverages
Join us for a 45 minute Barre class at 6PM
Followed by 1 hour of complimentary beverages (wine & beer)!
Stay for dinner and a fun evening with friends and check out the NEW PATIO! Feel free to share with anyone!

April Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is Back!
Wednesdays - April 3, 10, 17, 24* $60
*The 24th will be used if we have to cancel due to rain (NOT IF YOU CANCEL). If we have 3 rain free days we will use the 24th as a class so save the date and you can pay then.
Thursdays - April 4, 11, 18, 25* $60
*The 25th will be used if we have to cancel due to rain (NOT IF YOU CANCEL). If we have 3 rain free days we will use the 25th as a class so save the date and you can pay then.
Space is LIMITED to 12 People!
There will be NO REFUNDS unless we cannot use the make up day! Classes will be cancelled pending weather and safety issues!

This upbeat and chatty morning workout series meets in-person - what’s better than friends and fitness? Coach Cindy leads fun and challenging workouts ranging from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Cardio, Strength, Plyometrics and Core. Classes meet every Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am-9:15am.
Early Bird
This energetic early bird morning workout series meets via Zoom. Coach Cindy leads fun and challenging workouts ranging from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Cardio, Strength, Plyometrics and Core. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00am-6:45am.
Spring Clean Up Challenge
Spring Clean Up OR Get Ready For Summer Challenge ($99) - YOU CHOOSE! One on One for any 4 weeks between April 1st through May 24th. Includes a 45-minute consultation, health coaching & accountability weigh-ins. Personal training add-on available for $39 (usually $55), discount on classes and 10% off a cleanse!
American Heart Month Bingo Challenge
Join me for a cause that is near and dear to my HEART! February is American Heart Month and we have a heart healthy challenge just for you and for a good cause, too! To participate, send $5 to Coach Cindy via Venmo (@cynthia-maquet) and fill up your entire Bingo Card by February 29th. Send your full Bingo Card to Cindy on March 1st and a winner will be selected. Coach Cindy will donate all funds raised from this challenge to Young Hearts For Life in honor of the winner’s name!
