Cardio Pickle

Cardio pickleball is a fitness-focused variation of the traditional game of pickleball. In cardio pickleball, the emphasis is on continuous movement and gameplay, aiming to provide a cardiovascular workout while having fun! The hour long class will start with a 5 minute warm-up followed by 50 minutes of drill and play and then a 5 minute cool down/stretch.  ALL levels welcome!
