This upbeat and chatty morning workout series meets in-person - what’s better than friends and fitness? Coach Cindy leads fun and challenging workouts ranging from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Cardio, Strength, Plyometrics and Core. Classes meet every Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am-9:15am.
