MOVEmber Challenge


What is it?  A Challenge to keep YOU moving all throughout November! 

What do I do to complete the challenge?

1. Make a payment of $10 to Coach Cindy

2. You do anything that keeps you moving for 30 minutes every day during November (ALL 30 DAYS!) Can include: Walking, Running, Rowing, Biking, Bootcamp, fitness class, Dance class, Yoga, tennis, swim...etc... 

3.  Submit proof of completing all 30 days by Dec. 1st (apple watch, fitbit, Calendar tracker, etc)

4.  Be placed in a raffle to win a gift card.  The more people to join the bigger the gift card prize will be! Winner will be announced Dec. 2nd!

5. Send to friends and family to get more people to join and keep you accountable!
